Pin hole in cast iron head

I have some radically modded 318 heads with 2.02's which developed a pin hole in the bowls I should look at fixing.

If it truly is a pin hole the Belzona on the surface might work fine. As PRH mentioned, others have had success with it.

That's nickel powder spray welded, to allow a bit less pushrod pinch, 452's have an odd thinner/narrow port top section casting.
That's taken right after the cool-down was done...
