Plastic 90's B Van window cranks fit a-bodys?

Has anybody tried this? I need to replace my cranks so wondered if OE style was the only option. My interior is almost totally black so thought maybe the black plastic van cranks wouldn't look out of place, but is the crank spline the same?

Van crank spline same from i believe 1971 to end of B van production 2002 ish ?? Heck the air filter on V8 dodge vans i think is the same part number from 1964 up to 2002 as well.
