I gotta ask a quick question.

My dad is always on my case about how the wires on my car (which came with it) are too long.

Does it matter if you use V6 wires instead of slant wires?

Well, it can look untidy, and on some engines, they can "get drooped" down over hot manifolds/ headers. Why not get some crimpers, some silicone lube, and re-do the distributor ends?

273 said it, won't make a difference performance wise (in your application) but keep em off of the hot surfaces. You can go to any auto parts store and get a Slant set for under $20 all day long.

With your slant, they are only gonna hang down on the fenderwell, so no problem, it will just look half-assed if they are way long and hap-hazard
