Getting ready to replace all my spark plugs and wires etc, and need to figure out what kinda gap I need to set my stuff to. If anyone knows how to find a point gap chart, or where I can find the settings for 65 Dodge Dart GT, Point me in the right way please!

For a V8 the book I have says the same gap for single points or dual points, .016". If you have a Dwell meter you should set a single point set to 30 degrees. A dual point distributor should have each set of points set at 38 degrees for a total of 30 degrees. Plug gap should be .035". Don't forget to adjust the valves. Intake .013", Exhaust .021", both set hot.
