Polished vs. Chrome Wheels

Besides the obvious bling of chrome is there anything else I should consider when choosing between a polished or chrome wheel?
 
The one possible downside of chrome is that it can rust or peel off, in the case of older wheels especially. The trade off is easier care, since there is no need to polish them. I alway wax chrome wheels before even mounting tires on them. There are some newer sealant type waxes that might work better now.
 
personally, i love the way the polished look after it dulls
chrome doesnt do that
 
Polish wheels seem to always need polishing. Unless you like the dull appearance. I vote chrome. Keep the car garaged anyway.
 
Satin finish Centerlines. Classic subdued and low maintenance. Doesnt distract from a nice paint job. Jmho.
