pollution holes in 318 heads

Just got my heads back from shop guy at shop told me a little trick on pluggin small pollution holes in head i used 22 rimfire bullets tapped in with hammer fit perfect just be careful putting in vice to not crush primer

I just tapped the holes and put in sealed Allen grub screws. I don't want to get shot assembling my heads.:blob::blob::dontknow::blob::blob:

I think you meant using the brass case, not the lead bullet.
And I do think using a fired case would be best.
Although not required if you want to hear a loud noise and wear the proper eye proctection.

....BRILLIANT! no seriously thats pretty creative, i like. for my heads i just recessed the holes with a 27/64 drill and green sleeve retained in 1/2 inch frost plugs. worked well.
