Thanks! stock suspension, superstock springs in stock location, not cut at all. 30x9x15 Hoosier radial slicks. 489 8 & 3/4 410 Spool, Moser Axles, Q-A1 Adjustable Shocks

thanks for the info. what size wheel and back spacing? i am building a 73 duster and if i can get away with it for now i want to do a set up like you have. but i am eather going to run a 295/60/15 M/T ET street radial or a M/T 29.5x11.5x15 slick. thanks Mopar65

I guess I've never measured the backspacing? It is a 15 x 8 wheel. I have another set that are 15 x 10, but they stick out a little from the quarter, I don't like that look though so I don't run them.

I don't think a 11.5 would fit on my car, the tires would probably hit the springs?

well looks like i better stick to the 295/60/15 or get a set of tires like what you have.i want to move the springs in and Minni tub my duster, but i am running out of time and money.lol thanks again Mopar65

It is a pump gas 340 stroked to 394. Indy 360-2 heads, 10.9 comp. ,950 holley, roller cam, 255/266@ .050, Drag radials ,mufflers ,2950 lbs, 93 octane.
Drove to last race in Oct. ran a new best 1.33 60 ft,6.29 @ 109 in the 1/8, 40 mile round trip.
 
72 Dart, stock bottom end magnum with aluminum heads. Best pass 11.67 @ 113mph 60' 1.61.

Good looking Dart 423 Dak! How tight do you turn your stock magnum bottom end? I recently built mine and haven't had it to the track yet but it sure wants to pull up to 6,000 I just didn't know if I should turn it that tight.

Good looking Dart 423 Dak! How tight do you turn your stock magnum bottom end? I recently built mine and haven't had it to the track yet but it sure wants to pull up to 6,000 I just didn't know if I should turn it that tight.

Shift light light is set at 6000rpm so it probably sees 6200. Does it all day long. I was a little concerned about it too but from what I have read the magnums can take some abuse. There is 3 or more full seasons on the fresh bearings. Pistons, rings and rods have about 25,000 miles on them. Good luck with yours!
