can get 17x255x45 under the rear on mine, 265 if push it, don't know how that relates to a US valiant! is achieved with a shortened diff and the small mopar spring hanger offset kit.

Here's the '68 Valiant our club (Inland Mopars) built by our club members as our charity raffle car in 2008

The lettering on the front fender says "Valiant 400" since we put a 400" big-block with 727 and 8.75" rear in the car.
Oh yeah, it also had a RMS AlterKtion front and Street Lynx rear suspension - handled like a slot car. Interior was brand new Legendary interior color-matched to the exterior paint.
Sweet car. We hated to give it away!

I have 255/60/15 on mine now & does rub a bit because of sagging springs. I had 275/60/15's on a previous Valiant with 15x7's with 4" BS & 3" over springs from Espo & it sat real nice.

And here is mine. Stock bottom end 318, Erson .410 lift cam, headers, 6A MSD, holley 650, 3.91 sure grip, 904 low gear set 1st, Alto red clutches and bands, Kolene steels, Steel planetaries, Cheetah reverse manual valve body. Runs mid 14s as you see it. Building a 360 right now, should be good for 11s with chassis work. I have just recently installed 68 super stock seats and a Hurst quarter stick. I got tired of shifting on the column, lol!

This is my old girl. Shes a 67 Val 200. This is a old picture right now shes stripped to the metal and primed waiting for paint in a couple of weeks. I've owned this car for a little over a year now and started on it from the bottom up. Its got all new suspension starting withe RMS tubular a arms, Mopar ss springs, all new shocks, 1" pro touring torsion bars, frame ties, new front disc power brakes, poly strut bushings, lower control arm bushings ( which wasn't easy to do ) new tie rods the works. Dont shot me!!! for now (just temporary) its got a 8.8 410 rear end with disc brakes though! Ive got all new interior, glass, 68 window trim, interior carpet, seats, headliner, dash, seat belts you name it I got it for this car. We got a newly built hot 360 with a 727 to go in it. Im just awaiting my turn in the paint booth. Its about to kill me I have no patience. And buy the way the the old girl is the car.
