Here's the slant in our '65 crew cab truck. The one that's currently in our'65 Valiant is bone stock and not much to look at....yet.

You seem to have water heated intake? Did you make it yourself or is it some aftermarket? I have one from marine engine.

you make a new fuel line with the filter behind alternator (helps with hot starts)

as for your kickdown you can get the cable from lokar, same with your throttle if it is to short...

i run the stock throttle cable w/ custom bracket and have a manual VB so i dont run a kickdown

Bump for more pictures! :)

Here is what I picked up! This was a $25 junkyard find.

This super6 set-up was in a Volare Wagon. A friend and I pulled it off like a few minutes before they were going to crush it. lol.

I was thinking of buying a carb rebuild kit and paint to freshen up the looks of the intake and exhaust.

Thanks memike for posting the pics of my engine.Guzzi Mark
Thank you:blob: I am glad you did not mind me posting it  your slant is a great one for sure

Mike,
You can buy the bracket from Jegs.
I have one on my car and it works good with some minor modifications.
I will be doing that when I put my new shaved big valve head on :happy1: Thank you for posting it, I save a few of these for reference :happy2:
