We discovered some old pics of the car that started it all for my brother and I, so I thought since we are in wayback mode I could post a couple here. This was my dad’s car in 1970.

Good to see you back Matt!! Congrats on getting married! Still have the Dart?
@75slant6 thank you sir! Good to be back. I still got the Dart and I'm back to driving her every day again. I've been collecting parts and doing little things here and there but ultimately haven't accomplished much. I'm hoping to get more done in the next year or so.

I’m looking forward to seeing updates on it!

The wife and I on our way to Galena, with a group of fellow bike riders. Short stop to visit with Mike & Frank, and the forever charming Danielle, surprisingly none of the three were there...….

It’s cokes just like you-same struggle.
Am just soooo glad to not have to be measured for fat nor addicted to diet soda anymore!!!!

It's a good feeling. I had a coke yesterday with some Nu Way hot dogs in Macon. First time in a long time I didn't "want more". I actually don't feel addicted anymore. I have to be careful though. Fallin off the wagon is real easy.

I found a couple more.

This is me at about 7 years old recording my father’s lap times at a sprint car race...

This is me in my Senior year of High School. That’s not a perm, my hair just turned naturally curly when I became a teenager. Of course it does prove that at one time in my life, I actually had hair...LOL!

Gotta show up that SeaChicken fan, Rick. One with my new girl at a wedding. In 89, at 26 years old. And in 98, Halloween, as the Undertaker.

Since we are doing throwback photos

Ok, I found some throwbacks I will share.

I had a VERY unlikely start to a mopar life. When I was a kid and even a teen, I never knew I would be a mechanic someday. I would have said anyone was crazy for even thinking it. It's funny how life really has a way of putting you in places and in situations you would have never thought of.

When I started college in Colorado as an AVEP student (high schooler, taking entry level college classes), I never would have imagined that taking an automotive class because it had the right amount of elective credit hours and fit my schedule perfect, would change my whole life and how I see life. I would have never imagined I would become so fascinated with a modern marvel called an automobile and it would become a main part of my life. I never thought I would fall so madly in love with a car they call an "A-body" made by this "Chrysler company", made long before I was even born.

The first pic is me as a little kid with my dad's friend on a vacation (man in pic is not my dad) Second pic is me a few years ago, around the time I joined FABO. I was already bit by the mopar bug. I had just acquired a 69 Dart and I wanted to clone it to a GTS, so I googled 69 Dart GTS and was led to this site which is where I found all the parts I was looking for (still have the car with all the parts on it), and I just stuck around.

I get it...You are a lady and don't want to attract the wrong kind of attention by posting your pictures but I am glad that you did.
You are the unicorn.....A smart woman interested in Mopars that also seems to be attractive.
Good for you!
