I am trying to figure out how the power steering pump assembly goes together on a 74 Duster 318. The cast date of this block is '74 and pictured is the pump that was on the car originally.
This motor is not original to the car, but as best as I know, the pump and the bracket shown were on a 318 in this car at one point.
I had a friend over today who brought a selection of pumps and brackets, most of which are for '69 era cars. nothing he brought looked like it would work on my setup.
Can anyone chime in on which location (marked A or B in the engine pictures) is main point of attachment, and if this bracket I have shown is in any way part of the appropriate assembly for a 74 V8 car?
