power steering pump bracket

ok I'm an idiot, and I flat out cannot afford a V8 manual for my car yet, but does someone out there have a 1973 318 who can take a picture of how the brackets mount, I have them, I just can't figure out how the powersteering pump is clamped to tighten the belt. and I can't move it much because a bolt that holds the water pump on restricts it's movement. a picture would be nice, but a description would be ok too. any help is sooper awesome. thanks

No youre not an idiot .To prove this point you made youre post. We are all learning ----even when we think we know it all; --at least we think we do. Ok I'll jump in,do you have the small (back) brkt. that bolts to the block? Sorry cant send pics but have couple all orig. s.b. I bought ; incl.`76 2wd b.b. -`77 4wd b.b. Hope to have pics soon. I know when its all apart it seems goofy but so simple to look at. Whoes the idiot??? I've still not gotten a dig. cam.??----sooooon-- I'm shure someone will jump in w/ some great pics.

awe, nevermind I got it. I went to the Junk yard to look at it and realized I was missing a bracket.
