Power steering suggestions...

I'm trying to put power steering on my 1954 1/2 ton, does anyone have any suggestions on what I should take the parts from? An older Dakota, or maybe a Ram charger....any suggestions?

that is going to take a fair amount of fabricating skill, your just going to have to figure out what will fit, a power steering box may bolt up to the frame, if so you will need to try and find one with the same size shaft to fit your pitman arm, or find a pitman arm that will work on your truck, then you will need to shorten your steering column, or adapt a later model power steering one to fit,

poly 318 or LA 318?
