72 Duster big block.620 HP and may run nitrous down the road.

Anyone making pre bent lines (1/2 preferred but at least 3/8)?

Electric fuel pump for HP level?

Thanks,
George

This pump will get it done.

Some folks even use a complete separate fuel system for the nitrous, pump and all. Just food for thought.

I've used In Line Tubes for both gas and brake lines a couple of times, they were good to deal with and the tubes were spot on.

Also, as I just recommended in another thread, I would not use stainless line. It is extremely hard and can be a double barrel bastard to get the flare fittings to seal.

Fine lines is a company I used in the past. I got their rear dif brake lines for my dart sport. Got em in stainless. Good thing flare ends didn't leak and went in like they were born there! Not sure if fine lines is in business still.

I put stainless in my Ragtop and would never do it again. Had to borrow an expensive hydraulic flaring tool from a friend of a friend. Took time to eliminate leaks and reflaring UGH :BangHead:
This was only brake lines.

Run a return line or no? Going to run a regulator for my carb so should I do a return line to the tank or not?

Yes, run a return line off the regulator. You are doing the work of running new lines, and I’d use 1/2 inch up and for the return.

For my pump I run 5/8 up and back.

I would. Put the regulator in the return line. That way the regulator is the return orifice. You'll need a return style regulator of course.

Any issue reducing this high pressure pump down to carburetor pressure?

New territory for me.
you just need the appropriate regulator.

i'm using this one on an EFI tank & pump from tanks with a holley 2bbl

it's probably made by holley and you could likely get it at summit.

something like this

Carter #4600 series elec pump if you want an external pump. 100gph. Two models, one is internally regulated other externally. I tested one & it delivered 90 gph at the carb. That is enough to feed 900 hp.
