Precision or Steele Rubber Products?

Replacing the back glass seal on a Scamp. Trying to decide whether to go with a Precision brand or Steele Rubber Products brand. Has anyone had any experience with either brand?

I don't know anything about precision, but Steele has one of the best reputations as far as rubber goes.

Well, I bought the Steele even though it was more expensive. I put in in today and it is a nice part, very flexible and easy to work with.

Right on man, glad it worked out for you. That's one of those things where it's best to spend the money up front and know you're getting a good product. You might save $40 by going with the cheaper version but if it leaked a year down the road you'd be kicking yourself.
