preliminary valve adjustment

The stock cam for my 273 came today, and going to finish up assembly tonight, and have a question. What should the adjustable rocker arms be tightened to as a starting point?

Sorry if this is something that has been asked frequently, I searched back 4 pages and didn't find anything.

Finger tight, then back off per specs.
