I have a 1965 Dodge Dart GT. Has a Commando 273 with Mopar electronic ignition. When radio, original AM, is turned on with engine running all you hear is a clicking noise. Reminds me of sound, back in the day, when radio would make clicking sound when sitting under a power line. Any ideas?

Try wiggling the antenna cord that plugs into the radio. Mine did this, it was a loose connection. The male end was getting old and worn out.

Plugs, wires, cap, rotor.

Try the old trick of opening your hood in the dark with the engine running. Bet you find a light show.
