mike do these need offset rockers or any thing special

They are just like the eddy victors, so they would need the same type of offset rockers as those take. There are several different brands now that make them.

what machineing needs to be done and what size valve stem size

these take reg length valve we are building a 499 dart with the 4.15 crank we got from you and wiseco 10 1/2 pistons do you think these would do a good job for a street strip car
