This is a SICK hotrod!

One question- I've always thought the diagonal tube that ties the front halo with the main hoop goes from the DS front to the PS rear to prevent the DS corner from collapsing in a rollover. Does the sfi specs specify this or is it either way fine? Been a while since I've peeked at the NHRA book or sfi specs.

Thanks for all the pics! Can't believe how fast this built is going.

I grew up around race cars with this level of craftsmen ship and now that I am beginning me own it really makes me respect guys like you. Too many people at the tracks don't understand the skill involved in a top notch car such as this. Thanks for reminding me not to cut corners.

Absolutely awesome build!! Will be subscribing to this.. I plan on doing similar work to my Aussie 68 valiant when I retire it from street duties

Very nice build! Nice to see more Early-A drag cars.

This has been a great build for sure Scott :color: it keeps getting better and better, closer and closer to taking a trailer ride to the track for a shake down:burnout: Looking superb mrhotrod =P~

Just impressive work. I can't wait until the next installment.

Mind if I ask how you seal the wheel tubs to the 1/4s? I don't know why I have never thought of that before.
