proud new owner of a 1974 DUSTER

Hello everyone! Just bought a '74 Duster & i'm beginning the process of restoring & upgrading. I grew up around mopars, but never owned one-couldn't afford to buy one! I bought the Duster cause its my dream car & also '74 is the year i was born. I would really appreciate all the advice & tips i can get to bring my Duster back to LIFE!

Usually I don't like "interpretations" of strobe stripes, and I almost never like a black engine bay.

However, BOTH seem to work on this car.

Black engine bay & stripe "interpretation" will be gone.
I'm just finishing up stripping the car down to get ready for body & paint. Engine is out & as soon as I deliver to the body shop, I begin the process of tearing down the motor.
I will try to post some pics of the process.....
