PST upper control arm bushing installation ???

Hey guys, I am doing a disc brake conversion on my sons 1970 Dart and while I am at it a front end rebuild with PST polygraphite parts. My question is what is the proper way to install the upper control arm bushings?? Do they need to be disassembled prior to installation or do they just get lubed up and pressed in? Thanks in advance

just support the back side of the arm and press in until they bottom out

yeah no lube required, just squeeze em in there good n snug
