Danielsville Pa, these were purchased with a project car. They are new but were mounted to the body when I bought the Valiant. Never had spindles tightened on them. Asking $275.00 shipped in the lower 48 States, They will come with the eccentric bolts. That is less then 1/2 price with the bolts
