It looks like the hole is there about midway above back window
Yes I believe the hole is there but no anchor bolt unless shoulder belts were ordered. As the vehicle proceeded down the assembly line one of the line workers would watch out for the particular option and only apply the anchor to the car in question. I'm a former line worker but not a expert.
