Question on Interior Quarter Panel

[19 Again..]

Can someone tell me if there is a screw in the bottom corner closest to the door. My old panels only had one on one panel. I was wondering if some one just stuck it in there to hold the panel in place or if indeed it needs to be there? Any info be much appreciated.

my 73 does not have any screws through the panel. only a panel clip. there is also a piece of finish chrome trim below the panel the screws to the body. hope this helps.

kind of funny because i can see why there was a screw. mine is pulled out down by the door lol. the panel clip is worn out and wont hold it down anymore.

Ok so which is it screwed? Or to be screwed? LOL!!! I'm so confused. I don't know whether to screw or not too? Sounds like a honeymoon night. ROTFLMAO !!!!!

you are talking about the bottom corner, right ?. the trim piece screws on first then the panel pops on over the lip
