I'm removing the intake/exhaust manifods to fix a leak and I want to make them look nice while they're out. What is the correct factory color(I know it's supposed to be blue)for the intake? Who might have the correct color in a spray can. I could use a gun if I can find the right color. Also, is painting the exhaust manifold a thing, or will it just burn off in a jiffy? I appreciate any info on this.

Mopar Blue at your auto parts store. Dupli-color engine paint.

Intake and exhaust manifold same paint.

When you fire it up the exhaust manifold heat will turn the blue paint to a nice chalk white and stays on.

I did my exhaust manifold with por 14 manifold paint. Still looks great. Regular engine paint will just burn off and look bad in short time

Cerakote won't burn off. For those who have used Cerakote, which color blue that Cerakote offers is the closest to Chrysler blue is what I'm asking? I'll take a look at POR 15. I wasn't aware they had manifold paint.
The factory would have sprayed the whole thing blue and the exhaust manifold paint burnt off.

Too bad. POR looks like a great option but no blue, that I could find. Gotta have blue.

POR sells Chrysler blue high temp and exhaust manifold paint. I brushed them on my slant 6 manifolds and couldn't be happier with the durability.

I sprayed my /6 with POR 15 Chrysler Blue and hated it
It didn't cover well, after 3 coats (I gun sprayed) it looked like anodized aluminum. Didn't cover worth a shyt. I ended up going over it with dupli color Mopar blue. The manifold turned out great with their cast iron gray manifold paint

Eastwood Factory Gray is my go to for exh manifolds.
They have a brush on, or spray.
