Our 8 year old cat Loki died sometime today while Grace and I were at work. I found him when I got home, there was no evidence of anything so we have no idea what happened to him. He had been an indoor pet all his life, so it couldn't have been anything to do with the outside world. He was the first cat my wife and I picked from the litter, and was the favored one. I want to think he lived a fun and fruitful life with us and that he knew he was loved. He taught me to play "fetch" with him at a very early age, and every time I asked him about his "mouse" his eyes lit up and he brought it to me. I know I'm probably rambling, but his passing has left a huge hole in my heart. We also have his brother and sister who are the same age, and they are walking around trying to figure out what has happened.
