$1850 for a slant? Forged crank (have them) Mechanical rockers (have them) Bored 30 over (so?) 440 lift cam (get one reground for 65 bucks) rest is dressing..$1600 in shop fees? yikes ! I would like to see K1 rods, forged 2.2 pop up pistons and a fully ported head for that price.

It WOULD be an interesting buy IF he had said whether the pistons are forged, and whether it had K-1 forged rods. The ad says it's set up for a turbo or supercharger. You can't run mainingful boost (20 psi) without forged pistons and rods, so either this guy is a poor communicator, or he simply doesn't know what he's doing.

Pop-up pistons don't belong in a motor that's set up for forced induction, so that's not a factor, but the cam is not good (only .440" lift) and he didn't specify the duration (should be short, for a turbo motor,) so this engine is REALLY a pig in a poke.

Might be a good almost-stock street engine for a daily driver though...

I don't think it's really put together for boost, from what I can tell from the poorly-written ad.
