what upper and lower hose do I use to fit a 2004 truck motor in a 68 dart?

We tap the top of the timing cover/WP in ours...that way you can use a simple AN fitting/hose end for the heater hoses. They can route right under the intake manifold on the car setup...helps hide it a little better.
 
Have you seen the EZ clip AC hose . The hose is very flexible and smaller ,looks way nicer than the typical crimp style hose.

Go to the local auto parts store and get a big hose with lots of bends that will fit your inlets and outlets. Cut off just enough to connect to the water pump and radiator and bridge the gap with a piece of exhaust tubing (or a nice piece of stainless tubing).
 
I'm using a gates 21581 for the upper and 21256 for the lower. Both had to be trimmed. 05 truck engine and stock style radiator in my 73 duster.
 
I know this thread is OLD, but I am struggling to find hoses that will work with my 05 truck motor in my A-body with a Champion 3 core rad for an a-body. Did you ever figure out part numbers for top and bottom? Did you need a different thermostat housing?

Agreed, that is super sexy. I was not creative enough to figure out what to do with them On mine. I would love to hear the response to this question. I love this thread! I always learn or see something Super cool.

for radiator hoses i ended up using one of the chrome flexible style for the upper and a 318 abody lower that i had to shorten slightly. the coil mount i made myself. i used 1/8" aluminum plate. i forget the dimensions but hade a local sheet metal shop do a couple simple bends. basically 6" wide with a 45* bend of 1/2" to hold it up off the valley. then cut holes for the coil packs and taped the plate for the factory bolts to attach.
