Radiator hoses

I have a 1970 Dart 270 base with 225. The radiator could not be fixed, so I ordered a replacement from Jeg's. Here's my problem...The original radiator had inlet and outlet on passenger side of the car. The replacement has the inlet on the driver's side and outlet on the passenger side. I made a hose for the bottom, but am having trouble trying to figure out how to make one for the top. I'm sure someone has ran into this problem besides me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Someone mentioned measuring the inlet and outlet sizes, then bending a coat hanger to fit the path.

Go to auto parts store and start searching.

Alternatly you could cut a couple of houses and splice them together with couplers.
