the numbers pulled off of it are 067 05 18. I am sure one of you guys knows what it is.

That number won't help anyone identify it. Look for a 7-digit number on the top tank in format 1234567 or 1234 567. Also look for Chrysler trademarks (the word "Chrysler" or "Mopar", the "DPCD" symbol, the Pentastar symbol). If none of those is present, it's an aftermarket rad and won't be readily identifiable.
