Radiator Identification?

Have a '67 Notch with a recently added new thermal clutch and 6-blade fan, no shroud. Radiator has not been replaced but is old Mopar and has the number 38086 on the top of the tank on the driver's side...the Penstar logo is on the passenger side top of the tank. Measurements are 22" wide x 17.5" tall. Anybody know what this radiator came out of or anything about it (i.e, 1-core/2-core, top/down or crossflow, etc)?

I'd like to add a shroud soon and it should be easier for me to find one that will fit if I know more about the rad I currently have....I do know my shroud mounting hole locations (22" distance between holes from center to center across from each other, 13.25" distance between holes from center to center top to bottom).
