I could have posted this in other sections as well. My '75 Duster came with a /6, 904 automatic. I have upgraded the engine to a stock 360 c.i. , with headers as the only upgrade at this time. I believe I need to upgrade the radiator, but does this mean I will need a new radiator support as well?

does this mean the opening in the core support is sized for a 26" rad on all models?

On 67s the narrower 6 cylinder 19" rad had wide mounting parts to fill the 22" opening. is that the same on the 75 Duster? OPs car was originally a /6

I have read here of guys putting a 26" radiator in a 22" opening. Relocating mounting holes. Wouldn't think that he would need more than a 22". Haven't done this personally, I don't have mount measurements, can't go out and measure right now.

Put a 22 inch in my 68 Cuda which was originally/6. Straight bolt in.

Op has a 75 and it could have had a 26 stock.

The 68 slant 6 cyl rad has extra wide mounting flanges to take up the extra space in the 22" opening
