rally dash trip nut ??

it might sound stupid but im having the hardest time getting this little nut off to dissemble my dash i figure the nut just pull right off like the rest of the knobs do im trying real hard, i dont wanna break the damn dash any help thank everyone, ryan

It is threaded. Spin it the opposite way you do to reset the trip odometer. Probably stuck.

thanks for the tip i was doing that and it seemed like it was just wanting to keep spinning but 3 turns n it came off thank alot!!!:-D
