I have a set of 14" Rally wheels that are a bit rusty. I was gonna have them blasted and either painted or powder coated. Would it be worth it or should I just leave them raw?

leave them raw. you'll have more them and money into them painted or coated then you'll sell them for.

i would leave them and let the buyer decide.
That too depends on which Rallye wheel you are talking about. If they are LBP 14", leave them as is, they barely sell for $10.00 a piece around here. If they are SBP and you have no $$ into them, blast and paint them with original Argent paint from MP. With center caps and trim rings they'll fetch $250.00.
Now, if they are OE 15x7", do a complete restoration on them, and try to make it an accurate resto. They sell for considerably more than you'll have in them!! JMO, Geof

14" LBP rally's I guess I'll keep them for rollers if they aren't worth to much?

I always leave them raw & leave it to the new owner. besides let him have some fun.
