I had a driveway about that steep in OH, but it was only half as long (slightly longer than my 66 olds 98) and had a horizontal landing pad at the top.
So did the house across the street and the next 2 to the North on either side.
If you went up fast in a low car, you'd bottom.
There were many worse in other neighborhoods.

Not the first I've seen and probably not the last hung up in that spot. Not sure what would possess them to even attempt that turn. Not really much back there for a truck to be taking that road anyway. GPS probably told him he could save 5 minutes...At first glance I thought you were just showing us the local station wagons
