Nah, that’s part of the fiberglass safety strap system for the hood and front bumper.
I mean seriously, who would honestly think that was part of a plow harness on a drag car that is lifting the front wheels?

Do you have any idea how much time I spend each winter plowing snow?
I wouldn't mind a little bit faster plow rig
(But no, I wasn't serious, I just didn't know what it was, and that harness is what it reminded me of)
A little piece of sand my wife and I once owned, several years ago.
Proof that bears do not necessarily **** in the woods, sometimes on a gravel road just to let you know they are near.
