I have 2 of this style.

Very good design. Has an incorporated stop/jack stand feature that is very robust.
(but use stands, anyway if you are going to get under there)

I used them at the age of 16 and no one got hurt in my HS auto shop class.

Almost as good as having a lift.

That one above looks questionable.
The application definitely looks questionable and the little guy must've seen this before.

What could possibly go wrong?

Those heavier made Gray's and nearly clone Walker's are also used to lift buses and dump trucks.

You guys ever seen a brown cat?

Meet "Coco Puff"

We're fostering him from a feral colony.

We already re-homed what we think must be his brother "Coffee Bean".

..and there is what we're told is an aunt "Rosie" who has more white and is still at the colony healing from mites and mange.

Supposed to be the most rare color on a domestic cat.

I was mowing around the pond yesterday and hit a road block

So, i spend some time cleaning today

And the wierdest part...the two culprits

Never seen one out there
Muskrats, yes

(Of course, that dont mean much)
When I lived up in the U.P. I had a floatation dock on Lake Huron and muskrats got into it and almost destroyed it burrowing into the foam for nests. I trapped 38 of them. They are nasty, destructive and ugly pest. No muskrat love for me.

I used to live on the banks of a quiet river, was a most peaceful place, had a private golf course on the opposite side and excellent neighbors, so many different species of wildlife lived along the river from beavers to snapping turtles, several species of fish, frogs, deer, raccoons, etc. Only time I ever saw a muskrat was after it tangled with my Malamute. It didn't fare very well and in the end was euthanized by the vet, (had to test it for rabies), and my dog needed 2 stitches in her front paw. I really loved that place, it was so quiet and such great neighbors, unfortunately I let my wife at the time talk me into selling. :(
