Only way to get them down .. ..

Cardoons are really good with a steak and and a cold beer.. we pick them the end of May. Everybody had their own spot to harvest them, while looking over their shoulder to see if any spies were lurking.

It is a Christie, never heard of him before but he was an innovator in direct front drive (no drive shaft), also was one of the first if not the first to make a dual engine four-wheel drive racecar.
