What is that?

I saw one on a trailer last week and was trying to figure out what it was.

Never seen one before.

Best guess was impregnated concrete infuser.

It's a vacuum unit. To suck out the media in our filters. Similar setup to a vac/sucker truck. Other pic is one of our filter at the plant with some media removed.
