Could be, I honestly don't know. I haven't been to/through Billings since I was a kid, maybe 50 years ago, so going through there now, at night, with all of the lights from the depots and refineries and what-not.... Hell! Seems like the whole town is one big oil refinery!
Then again, it was the middle of the night, and I was tired....

The marquis in the background advertises Big Tiny Little. Haven't heard of him in so long, I almost forgot about him. But this clip from the Lawrence Welk Show reminded me of the days when my Mom and Dad never missed his show. And Jo Ann Castle was a real looker in the day. I think my dad "admired" her more than he ever let on to mom.
Yes, and more than likely it's from a safety program.Besides the cigarette in his mouth, there's a propane bottle and burner on the ground next to him.
