Rebuilding a 1951 Dodge truck (218 flathead engine), so I’m pulling out some specialty tools. I bought this flathead valve spring compressor about 25 yrs ago to replace my old factory one that “walked off.”
Got it on eBay for $3.25.

My 1953 B Series I spent over 2 straight years on. It is a factory 9 foot bed truck that came with a flathead 6 with a 3 speed shifter on the floor with a handbrake lever for the parling brake. It now has a 318 under the hood with a little over 25K miles on it since it hit the street in late 2019 .
