Thanks. I was ambitious enough for all those years, but at 50 YO I was still very much into my career and family, raising 3 kids with my wife, putting them through school...just life. I would find time now and then to work on the car, but mostly NOT. When I retired, there were the family things to catch up on...a little travel, spiffing up the homestead, etc. In the last year or two, I have been spending major time on the car. Trouble is that at 75, I'm not quite as mobile as I once was, but I am every bit as determined to drive this SOB before my kids take my driver's license away.25 years is a long damn time for a car to just be “sitting” without an engine. Not only are these cool pictures, but that’s GOT to feel good!
Congratulations!
add some headlights and tail lights and go out for ice cream
(LOL!) I thought you were referring to the rather, uh, "pointed" lady in the Mako Shark prototype/concept car picture (#24,311), and I was wondering what you meant by "tail lights"!add some headlights and tail lights and go out for ice cream
All kinds of pointy things in that picture.
