It's amazing what they are doing with building materials! They make the steel look just like the old tile.

My wife has her eyes on porcelain tile that looks just like hardwood floors. Can't tell a difference just by looking at it.
 
what material is that?
my parents live in an old farm house, and it still has the actual terracota style tiles on it
i bet 90% of them are over a century old
We took off 99 year old tyle. We had leaks and no one wanted to work on the roof or chimney with the clay tile on. The glaze was gone and they were discolored. We sent all we could to Chicago to be reused and repurposed.
