Looks like it's a way of tracking sales or test drives at the dealership?
 
I tried to clean up and enlarge the image. It looks like a car salesman tracking board with each of the 12 lanes having a space for a name at the bottom and exactly 33 spaces for each to the top. The top right box appears to be a tally space for ranking each of the 12 salesmen and the number of cars they sold.

I’m guessing this was a Dealership incentive tracking board for the new release of the Demon in 1971.

That sure would make a nice wall hanger, you should have him scan it and make some posters!

Yup. Das it. I remember seeing one that was for the Pinto at the local Ford dealer when I was a kid.
