Does It has 340 stamped in the drivers side of the block. Because the info I have is conflicting with that#

It has 340 cast into the casting number on the drivers side of the block. I could probably scrub off the pad under the drivers side head and find the numbers there too.

Oh how I wish I still worked at Stahl Manufacturing in the plating room. I had access to caustic soda ranks, phosphoric acid tanks, sulphuric acid tanks, cadmium plating, anodizing, phosphate plating. Oh, the things I could do now!
