I'm having my a body 8 3/4 housing perches moved in 1/2 inch with Dr diff's kit. If I add a rear anti sway bar will the bar have to be modified because of this? Thanks

No. The way most of the aftermarket bars mount it’s not really an issue. If you did a 3” relocation that’s a bit of a different story. But with the 1/2” offset the perches don’t move far enough to cause problems and the perches themselves aren’t used to mount anything for the sway bar. You may have to make some small adjustments depending on which bar you use, but no major modifications are needed.

I run an E-body rear sway bar on my Duster with a 1/2” offset, and it causes more problems than it solves with the end links. Again, nothing that can’t be overcome, but with an A-body bar everything should still line up fine. The biggest issue could be changing the direction you run the bolts on the end links for clearance. Or using the hotchkis flush mount end link bolts they sell.
