Rear Frame Rail End Piece?

Hey guys, decided to replace the rear crossmember while doing the drivers rear spring support. The crossmember was rusted on the drivers side and bubbling through at the frame mount. Removed the crossmember and it appears that the frame rails are rusted between it and the end pieces. See pic.

I was going to cut off the end pieces/weld in new pieces on the rails and then fab up replacement ends if required. Does anyone know if they reproduce the end pieces by themselves?

What year car? I'll guess 70-72 Dart

I may have an end to end panel removed from a car

I have the end pieces to the frame rails as well. Have to kill a 120 rail to get them.
 
Bump

I would have thought that with 146 views someone else would have experienced this issue and had a solution. Am I doing something wrong?
