Rear Plate Holder - 1971 Duster

Hi - I am working on a 1971 Duster and the rear bumper does not have a frame or hardware to hold the license plate. I have been looking on-line for a kit but am having trouble.

Anyone know where to get this or what it consists of ?

aren't they just these? they go into little square holes...

He needs the plate that bolts to the bottom of the bumper that has notches to use those inserts and is held on by 3 bolts

Yes that is what my bumper looks like now. There needs to be some type of back plate that would go on there first. I have not been able to find anything through Classic, Josh's or Summit.

Except I do not have that piece at the very bottom.
