Rear Ratio?

I am curious what were the possible rear end rations to come in a 73 Duster. Mine came with a 318, 904 tranny and an 8 1/4" rear. I have not lifted it up and spun the tire to see how many times the driveshaft turns over and divide yet but I was wondering what the possible ratios could be so to help when I do that.

also look for a tag on one of the cover bolts as they used to put the ratios on there also

I know a 75 duster I had came with 2:76 rear in it - dont know if anything lower (numerically) came in them or not (why anyone would want one I wouldn't know ...lol)

With the 8.25" rear end I believe they came as high as 2.45:1. Now there's a stump pullin' set of cogs!

i pulled 2 out of dart sports, one was 2.76, one was 3.23, i have seen 3.55's but never had one.

My 73 Dart Sport has 318 in it that came with a 3-speed manual. The 8 1/4 has 3.21 gears in it. I swapped the 3-speed manual for a 904. If anyone is looking for a a-body 3-speed manual I still have it.
