Hello
Confirm that both rear taillights are connected to a good body ground. Confirm that the battery negative is connected to the engine block And to the body. Confirm that there is a good ground to the metal housing of the dash cluster. Confirm that the rear bulb sockets / contacts are in good shape And the lead contacts on the bottoms of the lamps are good. Confirm that the back and sides (ground) of the lamps are clean . Check that the lamps are orientated correctly in the sockets. Last check that you have the correct lamps (1157).
Hope this helps

^^^^yeah for surely do all that first before you just check and see if your bulbs burnt out.

This is a perfect example of why you go out and buy a Power Probe.

If you don’t need it today you will tomorrow

There hasn't been one wiring issue on the car that I haven't been able to solve with a Power Probe or at the very worst a free Harbor Freight voltmeter.

Also have to ask have you verified the lamps are the correct ones all 4 corners and they work.

Have any wiring changes been done? Switches been replaced?

I switch the right signal on the front bulb work like normal but both lights flash in the rear
Both rear lights flashing when right turn is on makes me think switch OR messed up wiring.

Does the emergency flasher work as expected?

I had a situation where while I was replacing my left front fender ( 67 Dart) I had the left front headlight turn signal harness not grounded and the turn signals would not flash at all - goes to the good grounds thinking.

Time to download a wiring diagram and start tracing (might have to go with dart or valiant or a year newer but will help guide you)

Got it figured out yesterday
I have a probe just wanted to know where to start
Ended up being the turn signal switch
Was getting power to the switch but wasn’t transferring to the rear for some reason
Changed the switch and pulled a wire that someone had bypassing the harness and it fixed it
Thanks for the help guys
